*Client must provide contact phone number for any communication needed during the installation.
Term of rental: Yard Card greeting rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise noted and agreed upon in advance. Clients have the option to request keeping the greeting more than 24 hours, subject to the additional rate of $30 per day.
Rental Rate/Payment: Full payment for services is required within 24 hours of ordering to confirm booking.
Gate Codes: It is the client’s responsibility to provide gate codes when scheduling the installation. If gate code is not provided and we are unable to enter after making attempt to contact client, we may charge an additional trip fee of $100 to go back and complete the installation
Lost/Stolen/Damage policy: If the inventory belonging to Yard Cards For Fun is damaged or missing, the client will be invoiced. This includes any damage done by yard work. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up. Please do not allow yard work including mowing or weed whacking to occur while the signs are installed. It usually damages the signs. If so, we charge a $50 minimum for each damaged or stained sign. Keep in mind, a full set up can cost up to $700.
Client request for Yard Cards For Fun to move signs after installation: Once the greeting is installed, we will send a text with photo of the greeting and will need an immediate response to approve. Our installations are scheduled according to the time we estimate to spend on each installation. If no response is received within 10 minutes, we will assume the greeting is approved as installed. Yard Cards For Fun may charge an additional setup fee to move the sign of $100 once we have left the location to make a return visit for changes.
Client cannot move the signs themselves: If it becomes necessary to move the signs for any reason, please contact Yard Cards For Fun and we will move the sign for you. Clients cannot move the signs for any reason.
Yard Cards For Fun reserves the right to reschedule the time of installation: Due to high winds of more than 20 mph and/or lightning and/or heavy downpours of rain, Yard Cards For Fun will make every effort to complete the installation but reserves the right to contact the client to reschedule the installation time of the greeting. Please know we want you to have your greeting so this would only happen in case of extreme circumstances.
Balloon – Client alteration of greeting - possible damage: Please DO NOT attempt to alter the appearance of the greeting in any way. This includes pulling or moving signs or attaching balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged, and client is responsible.

Sprinklers: Client is responsible for notifying Yard Cards For Fun, LLC of existence and location of any sprinkler system. Any damage incurred to sprinkler system is the responsibility of client and not Yard Cards For Fun, LLC.
Nighttime installations: If installation is occurring after dark, please leave the front porch light and any other outside lighting available on to help us navigate in the dark. Thank you.
Safety measures: For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it.
Photographs: We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. Please send pics to us and we would love to post on our social media. Client agrees that photos taken by Yard Cards For Fun may be used in our social media, website and print advertising.
Liability: Yard Cards For Fun, LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.
Political Messages: We do not stake political messages. Thanks for understanding!
Party Planner specifications: If this agreement is between the party planner and Yard Cards For Fun, the party planner is responsible for communicating these same terms and conditions.

Refund-Cancellation Policy with a minimum of 72-hour notice prior to set up: If client cancelled with a minimum of 72-hour notice, client could choose to receive a 50% refund. Another option is to leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date to be used within 3 months, based on our availability. If client does not rebook within 3 months, the fee will be forfeited.
Ground conditions: Occasionally the condition of the ground does not allow us to install the greeting. This can be from rock beds, tree roots, not enough room, utility lines, etc. A full refund may be given for this reason. Client may also gift this greeting to another friend or family member in lieu of refund.
Inclement Weather policy: In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up the greeting. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy snow or ice, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds over 20 mph, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. No full refunds will be given, but we will refund 50% and work with you to reschedule another greeting at a future date within the next 6 months, crediting the 50%
No Refunds will be given for any of the following reasons:
Incorrect address given by the client for the order and unable to reach client to learn correct one within 10 mins·
Homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display once installed.·
Denied access to a gated community due to no or incorrect code given by client and unable to reach client for correct code while at the location·
Animals that prevent the display from being set up.·
Client cancellations received with 72 hours or less notice prior to installation of greeting
